I did get help this morning to activate my iphone. However, I can't get or make calls. I get a message saying that the number or code I have dialed is incorrect. I have bars but my service shows sprint and I think it should show Virgin?
Hi there Naschult Does your old device still on? If so, please turn it off as well as your new phone. Next, turn on only your new phone and follow these steps; If you have an Android please turn off your WiFi and Mobile Data on. On your dial pad, enter ##72786#. When prompt, say Yes or OK to all you see there. If you have an iPhone: On your dial pad enter ##873283# and press call. Say OK to all the prompts. Please let me know if that worked out.
