I have to keep resetting my network settings and that doesn't help
Sorry to hear that. Try to power off the phone, remove the SIM Card, and gently wipe it off with a soft cloth. Reinsert the SIM card and turn it back on.
I did that and I will let you know if that worked.

Worked for about 10 minutes now it is saying the same thing
