Hello community, I need help to request my iphone 5s to be unlock, I had it for 488 days on my account and I just upgraded to iphone 7. Can somebody help me with this.

-The device has not been reported as lost or stolen.
-The device has been active for at least 12 months.
-The device must be powered on and in Sprint coverage with the original SIM card inserted.
