I have been trying for a week to purchase a new iPhone and am getting an error message. I have tried ordering online by myself, and on the phone with a boost rep. Nothing wrong with my bank or card. My billing and shipping address are the same, and no it is not a PO. I keep getting the run around saying it's going to be looked into and no resolution. I keep saying it will be forwarded to an IT department and will be resolved. I have tried two different cards with two completely separate names and nothing. I'm irritated and want to keep Boost but this is absolutely crazy and I've been looking at other companies.
Has anyone tried ordering a phone in person at a Boost store and had any better luck?
