iPhone XS

Activated new iPhone XS can’t receive or make calls on it,all calls go to my my old phone..tried everything with Boost support,Apple support,and was on phone for half a day with customer support..they were supposed to send me a new SIM card and put me on hold for over 30 minutes..I got frustrated and hung up.

I already spoke to a representative from customer support they’re gonna send me a new SIM card..thx though
