Pretty lame of Boost to do this. So I bought an iPhone X directly from Boosts sight. I got it and 1 week and a half later it starts getting the "No Service" out of no where. It happens to work but a week later it happens again. I spoke with Boost but they said "YoU cAnT rEtUrN iT bEcAuSe ThErE iS oNlY 7 dAyS wArRaNtY" blah blah so I trouble shot it with Boost and ultimately they sent me to Apple. I troubleshot it with them and finally they told me to bring it in to the Apple store. They took my phone and shipped it off. I get it back today and BAM says phone is "Ineligible for swap" they switched out something in the phone motherboard so new hardware info and I can no longer get it hooked up by Boost (for the moment theyre looking into it) has anyone had a similar experience and how was the outcome?
