Hello, I am having a problem reactivating my iPhone XR. I had a plan with Virgin Mobile up until around November of 2019. I recently decided to reactivate it and saw that virgin mobile users had been switched to Boost Mobile. Today I reactivated my phone on Boost Mobile. It gave me a new number and I made the payment. It now says that I am activated. However, my number remains the same and I don't have any cellular data and cannot make phone calls. I have already performed a service update on my phone so I am wondering if I need to get a new SIM card, or if I simply haven't waited long enough.
