iPhone 8 resetting

My iphone 8 keeps restarting (on it's own) it will load until the Enter Passcode screen, but restarts again before I can even put in my passcode. And just keeps doing it over and over and over. I tried hard resetting it. I completely restored and upgrading with iTunes and still having a lot of isusses.  When I take out the SIM card it doesn't reset as much but still does it.
