iPhone 7 Plus

Bought a preowned iPhone 7+ from boost mobile. Phone won’t activate, phone won’t turn on. Boost is saying I need to contact the warranty department, warrant department says I need to contact boost. Been dealing with this for over a week. Nothing’s getting resolved.
