iPhone 7 No Service After Reset to Factory

Hello, I recently attempted installing the iOS 13 beta (silly me), and when this interrupted my cell service I ended up just resetting to factory and starting over. The phone was purchased used, but had been working fine on Virgin Mobile for about the last year. My iPhone shows as registered in my Virgin Mobile account, but my phone system settings show Sprint 36.1 for the carrier. I've tried resetting Carrier Settings and have run ##CLEAR# and ##UPDATE# but so far no luck getting back up. Any help? I can DM more details.
