I recently swiped my device to a iPhone 11 ordered on the boost mobile website. Once I swapped devices it gave me the ok screen and I waited for an activation.... never got it. My phone has the number but I can't make calls or texts or even data. I tried to reset using the ## numbers for iPhone but I still get an activation error even doe it successfully transferred my number through. Can anyone help?
@dalauren: Oh, sorry to hear that. In that case, please send us a Private Message with your phone number and PIN, so we can continue to assist you. To send a Private Message you can go to your profile and click on the icon with an envelope. Then you enter the username of the person you want to send a message to and the subject. Or you can go to the user profile by clicking on the username and click on "Send this user a Private Message".
