Assuming you are an existing customer, please follow these steps; logging to your account through the web site, scroll and look for My Device, under it you'll see I Want To.... section. Tap Swap My Device. From then on just follow the prompts to swap your phone. If you are a new customer, then go here to activate your phone https://activate.virginmobileusa.com/#/your-device Let us know if you still need help.
