I recently bought an iPhone XR online. I wanted to get it unlocked so I can switch phone providers because the coverage SUCKS! People text me and I don't receive the text message or I send a text and they don't receive it. I called Boost Mobile to get the phone unlocked but they won't unlock it. I spoke to 3 different representatives who all gave me 3 different explanations on why they could not unlock my phone. So I wanted to return the phone but the return policy states that you have to send it back within 7 days of purchase so I can't return it. I will never use Boost Mobile again.
