Unlocking Phone

Mini rant but honestly I have not had any problems with Boost Mobile so far throughout my years of being with this company till I requested to unlock my phone. Coverage is great compared to some known big companies but 3 times, I've asked, even your own employees don't know why the request hasn't been processed through. If this phone isn't unlocking, I'm leaving. No point in staying if I'm wasting my time and money on this company.
