I posted this question already in another thread and haven't gotten a reply yet in several days. So, I decided to start a new thread!
I was aÂ long time Boost customer. At that time I called boost customer service to ask if they would unlock my iPhone purchased 2/2014. The lady said sure and gave me a 6 digit code of all Zero's and said your phone is unlocked. Come to find out it's not. and I have no clue whatÂ or how to use the code. Can anyone help?
It's an iPhone 5s. Purchased at a Boost mobile store back in 02/2014. I'm no longer a Boost customer and thought my phone was unlocked from a previous conversation from a Boost CSR. I left Boost 3 wks ago. If you can help me get my phone unlocked through Apples database. That would be great!!!

- The mobile number you used to have with us.
- The 4-digit PIN of the account you had with us.
- The IMEI of the iPhone 5s you wish to unlock.
