Unable to swap/activate new Boost iphone SE2?

I have a boost iphone 6s and I just bought a boost iphone SE2 (from Boost's website). I tried to activate the new SE with the boost sim it arrived in the mail with. I was prompted to swap devices, and a first attempt said my SE2 was activated. 


It is not activated. My old 6s is still activated. Then when I tried to see the activation status, the boost website said no such activation existed. Then I tried to activate again and was told the SE is ineligible to swap. 


Can someone please help me figure this out because it is just ridiculous at this point...
