I am unable to receive calls after switching phones. I have been all day without receiving calls. The customer service rep switched the phone for me yesterday and said I need LRN update in the chat. The rep I spoke to today told me shut off the phone and remove the sim card for 15 minutes and then put the sim card back in and turn the hone on and it should work, well it didn't. I need to be able to receive calls as I have a sick kid and I need to be able to be reached in case of emergency.
