I have now been unable to make or receive calls for 3 weeks. It only happens when I am at home.... If I go 5 streets in any direction from my house I am able to make/receive calls again.. I called multiple times and was told that there were tower upgrades, then told there weren't any upgrades. I was even escalated to "tech" support and they submitted a ticket. After waiting and no call/email I call and am told again that there is a tower upgrade. I have done everything from updating the profile and PRL to a full factory reset and still nothing. This is definitely something on Boost's end in regards to my phone number in my home "cell" area.
