Unable To Swap Device

I just received my new iPhone that I purchased on the Boost website a few days ago, and it is saying that my current device (iPhone 7+) is unavailable to swap. I really want to be able to stay on my same plan and keep my same phone number! Unsure what to do from here and I really hope I didn't just waste hundreds of $$$ Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Edited to say that I've successfully swapped devices twice in the past (from a 5S to an SE and also the SE to my current iPhone 7+) so I'm really not sure what the difference is now!
