UNABLE TO ACTIVATE IPHONE

I just purchased an Iphone 8 with SIM card, everything is going fine until I attempt to activate on the website. Like many here, I am stuck on an endless loop, often after requesting to keep my old phone number.

Very frustrating, please help!!

Hello, I am having the exact same issue - trying to swap from an iPhone 5s to iPhone 8, but when I get to the page that says "Choose my plan," there is nothing there and I cannot proceed. Please advise on how I can complete activation of my new iPhone 8 that was purchased through the Virgin Mobile website.
