UNABLE TO ACTIVATE IPHONE

I just purchased an Iphone 8 with SIM card, everything is going fine until I attempt to activate on the website. Like many here, I am stuck on an endless loop, often after requesting to keep my old phone number.

Very frustrating, please help!!

I am having the same problem. I've been trying to activate my phone since yesterday. WiFi works fine, but it's not getting through the activation process and connecting to the Virgin network for talk/text. I sent a message to customer support, but they're saying it may be 24-48 hours before I get a response.

I am having same issue. site wont progress thru activation once i type in pin and stuck on loading screen. tried 3 diff browsers. cant call because thats the number im swapping it is an iphone 8
