Switching iPhones headaches

Hello, my boost iPhone died and I switched SIM cards to an unlocked iPhone but I can’t activate it.

The activation website says not found in NMS after submitting IMEI number.

Using support phone number to activate gives me a ICCID is not compatible message. This is very frustrating. Please help

Re: Switching iPhones headaches

Hi there! SIM cards may not be shared between two devices. Each SIM card is assigned to a device and paired together. You may not simply pop a SIM card out of one device and use it immediately in another device. What's the model of the unlocked iPhone that you are trying to activate? Did you check if the device is compatible using the eligibility checker here at https://activate.boostmobile.com/bring-your-phone?

Yes, I checked it on that website address and it was successful. Here is the message

Your phone is compatible with SIM part number SIMOLW506C
