Swapping Phones

I bought a pre-loved iPhone 7 Plus from your website. I already have services with Virgin and am wanting to keep my old number and just swap devices. However, when I try to activate the phone I cannot get through the full process as the website just gets stuck after a certain point.
I’m super excited to use my new phone but this is a huge inconvenience.
Help!
