Swapped device-- still no service??

I swapped devices today and now My Boost lists my new device as my device, but I'm still not getting any service.  I tried logging in with my icloud information and it says it sent me an authentication code to my "other devices", which I don't have.  It says it can give me a confirmation number through my phone number, but I can't receive phone calls or texts on my phone. so that's no help.  I'm currently without wifi in my house so setting up my phone is exceedingly difficult.  Someone help me ASAP, please.

It seems that you need to program the phone to catch the service. For iPhone, please follow these steps:


0. Turn the phone off and back on
1. Tap Phone icon.
2. Tap Key Pad if necessary
3. Enter ##873283# and Call
4. Starting Service Update, tap OK.
5. Service Update Complete, tap OK.

 

When the carrier logo displays in the top left corner, the iPhone update has completed.

I don't have an iPhone but I'm having this same problem with my Android device that I just swapped to yesterday
