Swapped device but no service

I swapped devices from an old iPhone SE to the 8 Plus. Went though the process of activation. Boost mobile account shows the new phone as my device but the phone still says no service. I tried dialing some code on my old phone to reset the carrier settings which was recommended in another discussion board from an agent and now my old phone has no service either. HELP!
