Swap phone activation

I recently just bought the iPhone 11 and trying to switch my old iPhone 7 Plus to that iPhone 11. On the online Phone Swap it said that it successfully work online but my iPhone 11 cannot connect to data. Please Help!

Hello Tyshunb55, lets get you sorted out.  Unfortunately we are not activating the iPhone 11 at the moment.

You can switch back to your other phone, and you can visit your local Boost mobile store and see if they have the SIM card available for the new iPhone.
