Hello Tyshunb55, lets get you sorted out. Unfortunately we are not activating the iPhone 11 at the moment.
You can switch back to your other phone, and you can visit your local Boost mobile store and see if they have the SIM card available for the new iPhone.
I Have the same problem and honestly been having it for about 2 weeks.
