no the last time I updated was months ago. but furthermore that doesn't mean **bleep** because ive recently come to find that all my texts where being displayed on a facebook page devoted to harming my reputation.

imessage and sms. its possible that facebook messanger or skype on my cpu has something to do with it. remember, its my roommate whom I shared wifi with that's doing this to me

We understand. In this case, we recommend you perform a factory reset to erase any malware or file that this person is using to access your device. Please, keep in mind that this process will delete all personal information saved on the phone. 

 

To perform the factory reset, please do the following steps:

 

1. Tap Setting
2. Scroll to and tap General.
3. Scroll to and tap Reset.
4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
Note: If prompted, enter the unlock code for your device to continue.
5. Tap Erase iPhone.
6. Tap Erase iPhone again.
7. If prompted, enter the Apple ID Password, then tap Erase.
8. The device is reset and ready to use.
