“Someone will be with you in 30 seconds”

Can someone please remove the statement “someone will answer your call in... 30 seconds” from your 1-888-322-1122 phone number?
The past 5 times I’ve called, only once was it within the “30 seconds”. Other times I’ve waited on average of 15 minutes.
