Hello, I ordered a phone before 12PM on a Tuesday and from my knowledge, if I order a phone before 12PM on Mon-Fri, it will ship on the same day and if I order a phone after 12PM, it will ship on the following business day. How come the phone I ordered hasn’t been shipped yet and still says “order processing”? I was hoping to get my phone by the end of this week but that won’t happen if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
