So last week my phone did the 14.2 update and after it restarted it was telling me there was a cellular data error. I did everything I was told to do: reset it, take out the sim card, etc. Nothing. So I ended up buying a new iPhone. I ordered the XR off of the Boost website, got it a few days later, got it all set up, put in the SIM card, went on the SIM card activation page and it kept telling me there was a problem. I went to the chat on here and spoke to a rep, gave them all the info, the serial numbers the SIM serial number only to find out the SIM card that they sent me was not compatible with the phone. I was told that I would be contacted by a subject matter expert in 24 hours. Yesterday was a holiday so I let it slide but now it's been 48 hours and still nothing. Anyone else having issues like this?
