Have been trying to return my pre owned 6s plus taht i just got because the back camera is clicking and fluttering like an old picture movie but the reps keep sending me to a survey and then i get hung up on. I very much need a phone right now and am in no shape to pay for a whole other 6s plus so will someone please help me
