I wanted to sign up with Boost and purchased Samsung S9 online. They shipped my phone 6 days after the order. Once I got my phone I decided I wanted the Samsung S9 note. But they won't let me return the phone because it's passed the 7-day return policy. I thought 7 days return policy is for the customer to use the phone and decide if that is the correct device? When its shipped 6 days after the order - that is tricky my friend!!!
It took me two days to figure out the phone system to get in touch with customer service since it's not clear what to do to return a device when you are not a customer yet.
Now I have a phone I don't really want to keep - and I'm not going to sign up with Boost.
