I'm trying to get my iPhone 7 unlocked that I purchased with Virgin Mobile back in February of 2017. I called Virgin who transferred me to Boost Mobile. Talking with a Boost Mobile customer service rep, they said my phone is eligible for unlocking and put in a request. My ticket number they created is 269375. They said I should receive an email within 2 business days but that was on Thursday the 11th and I still haven't received an email as of the 19th. Could anyone help me to try and figure out if my phone is unlocked? Is there a setting I could check to see if my phone is unlocked? I also cannot log in to my account, it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". Thank you for any help.
