I’m currently trying to set up my pre loved iphone that came in the mail today. So far everything went well and I was able to pay the $35 for service and receive my phone number. Not only is the “set up phone” button not working, but in the left corner it’s saying “Sprint.” Also since I was able to pay for service I’m not receiving any texts and can’t send any or make phone calls. Can someone please help?
