Phone reported lost or stolen

I just sold my iPhone 6 to someone, which was most recently on a boost mobile plan. The person I sold it to tried to connect it to their account but was told it was reported lost or stolen, which is most definitely wrong. As I bought it new and it has not left my possession until now. I have tried calling the support number but there are no options for my issue and I am unable to connect to a real person. I’m not sure if I just need to deactivate it on my account or if more needs to be done but there is no where for me to find out and no way to ask on the phone
