Phone Order Cancelled

I signed up for Boostup 2x's. Both times my payment was taken. First it was said that my bilking and shipping address didn't match. That was resolved. I notice hours later on the 2nd order that it was cancelled. I call customer care and spent over 45 mins on the phone to be told they didn't know why, to then a tech person saying that in my bill address shows apartment number and shipping address didn't. Then to the 2 rep I talk to who is suppose to process order for me to tell me I have to pay a 3rd time to fix it and they would ensure it goes thru. Mind you that still haven't seen the 2 previous payments back onto my card. The 2 rep from tech support was rude. I didn't get any compensation by just processing the order since I already paid 2x's. Then to tell me go to a store or pay full price. Keep in mind that they kept telling me it was my card and it is the bank but the payment for my monthly bill processed right away and posted to the account as well all on the same day. Worst customer service ever.
