Hi there, @Rico2355! Do you have the order number? When did you place the order? Did you check if your payment is pending on your bank account?
Thanks for the information. If you have not received an E-mail confirmation with the order key number and the payment still shows pending on your bank account. That means the order did not go through on our end, and your financial institution is holding the funds in case we claim that payment. We will not claim that payment since the order did not process on our end. We recommend contacting your financial institution to have the funds released back to your account.
