I just ordered a iphone 7plus pre owned this morning. I still haven’t gotten the confirmation number for it.

Hello I order 2 galaxy s9 and three iPhone 6s on 3-8-19. However I never received a confirmation email or a email for shipping to track my order. I've tried calling and haven't been able to speak to a live rep. Please help me
