Online activation not loading

Bought a replacement phone from Virgin. Tried "Swap My Device" and "Activate" and neither one of them will load. The farthest I can get is the "choose your plan" screen, but there are no plans to choose, just a back button and a "next" button that doesn't do anything. Tried all browsers, Mac and Windows. Tried phone help but of course they're closed right now. Really desperately need my phone working this morning. Thanks.

Hi, jillson! Let's do some investigating. Please send us a private message with the account phone number, pin code, IMEI/DEC, and the SIM card number.

I am also not able to activate my iphone online.  I have tried different computers but I think this is a site problem.  Please help.

Hello there. Are you a new customer or existing customer? Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number if you are a customer and the IMEI.
