yes it is connected to wi fi and i had iwireless and switched to boost today, kept my old phone and number lady at store did everything but i didn't have icloud info on me so came home put my info in and followed her directions, showed boost up top one bar then went to no bars and then no service, i can text a few people and get on and do other stuff on phone but cant make phone calls or receive or text anyone who doesnt have an iphone
Follow these steps:
-Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
-Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
- Type your message in the new window and click Send.
