No live customer service

I am a VIP Customer who has been with Virgin Mobile for over 16 years. For the past 2 days, Network issues have made my Internet service freeze and there is no answer on the Customer Service phone line. Just endless Holds! There is also an Internal Error 102 when I try to update my PRL. I need a live Customer Service Rep who speaks English and knows what they're doing! Now!!
