Just bought an unlocked brand new iPhone 8 (I've been a loyal virgin mobile customer for several years) and I entered the IMEI number into the Bring your Device search in order to buy the SIM card. I received a message that says "Sorry, only iPhone models 5S and newer are eligible for transfer." This is a brand new iPhone 8 and has not been used with any other carrier and is definitely a newer version than iphone model 5S so this message does not make sense. What should I do? Please help!
