My iPhone XR didn’t come with a normal SIM card. So I think I might want to try the expanded network. If I don’t like the service is it possible to reactivate my phone and go back to normal service? Also who do I talk to about getting a regular SIM card shipped to me? My sister activated her iPhone XR recently and her iPhone came with a regular SIM card. I tried swapping my old iPhone service to my new iPhone but it won’t let me. It says something about updating firmware.
Hello, @Eunjiyeol! Yes, it is possible to go back to the nation wide network. You can purchase a SIM kit at your local Boost mobile store. We value your privacy and security.
