I recently ordered a new iPhone XR and I was super excited to see my order had arrived early VIA FedEx. It says it was left at my doorstep with no signature required. I went out and no item was outside my door, I went to my apartment complex office and they didn't have it, so I checked around my building and the building next to mine and no package. I have contacted FedEx and they filed my claim. I contact Boost CS and they give me UPS tracking number that brings up nothing and I'm very confused. I don't want to make payments on a phone I never received in the first place.
