LTE connection issues

So I just switched to an iPhone 11 from a Stylo 4 last week. The phones fine other than some adjustment curves; however, I find that every now and again, my phone’s data will become glitchy. I have unlimited data, I’m nowhere near my hotspot limit, and I keep all the apps closed when they aren’t used. At first, I assumed the data was slow due to the Sudden volume of phone users (what with the virus). But my wife’s is perfectly fine—and she’s on my plan. Is there some of communication stretch between boost and iOS? It’s never happened when I used an Android/Samsung phone.
