Financed the iphone 8 which was supplied by sprint. Have carried ins on it the entire time. Utilized the ins for replacement device due to liss/ theft. It was replaced by refurbished device. Few months after recvd it there were problems, screen freezing, glitches, now the microphone is not working. Tried filing claims on it and they keep getting denied. Ins has been maintained and there should be coverage.
