Can an agent help me connect my iphone.
I have been on the phone with both Boost (4 times) the Boost mobile store 3 times. Apple 2 times and best buy.. no one can help.
If I can't get this resolved I will be switching to Verizon...
Hello, BTS14. Thanks for contacting us. Let's take a look at this. Please, send us a private message with the IMEI of the phone and the numbers on the SIM card. To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
Hopefully yours works I have had the run around all day. So I asked to just to swap back to my old iphone while we figure out why the SIM doesn't read. so I won't be without a phone. They now state that my phone that was connected with boost is no longer compatible with boost.
