Initial setup data transfer

At the initial setup of moving Android to iOS, my data didn't transfer. Now, I can't get back to that "APPS & DATA" to do it. My phone service has been moved from Verizon to BoostMobile. I don't have access to the Play Store anymore on the Android, but I DO have the App: Move Android to iOS, but it won't work without the code. The code is given during the initial setup of the iPhone (11), but I don't know how to get past this. Does anyone know? I've tried reading several articles out there, but nothing is working.
