Received an iPhone 6p from work (now required to do my job).
Confirmed through website that it could be brought over to Virgin.
Called Customer Service to confirm.
Ordered SIM card.
(Took a week to arrive.)
Followed the steps outlined on the SIM card package & website.
No Go. No service.
Took the phone to a Sprint store (no Virgin stores here) to confirm that the SIM had been installed correctly.
Called Virgin Customer Service.
Hour later very rude man had not only hung up on me
but disconnected all my service - both previous phone and new iPhone.
12 hours later, an another hour long phone call & a different customer service rep says
”we’ll send you another SIM”.
When I asked why this course of action was being taken, she didn’t have answer.
I am just supposed to hope that in a week, when the new SIM arrives, this issue will magically be resolved?
What the heck?!?!
No information received at all.
Employer is very unhappy.
Virgin Wireless is totally unhelpful.
I am stuck in the middle.
Anyone know why the SIM is unsupported?
Answers would be greatly appreciated.
